Terms and Conditions

Platform: The AIISAAC software wallet, swap, staking and yieldearning features deployed on BSC.
$AIISAAC Token: The BEP20 token issued via smart contract on BSC.
User / you: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Wallet: Your noncustodial wallet client; private keys remain with you.
Index Assets: A dynamic basket (typically ~20 tokens) — 10 largecap, 10 highrisk — used to compute daily minimumbalancebased passive yield. These tokens may change monthly.
Yield: Passive rewards credited based on your lowest daily tracked balance of Index Assets.

By downloading, accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall any related software.

User control. Your private keys remain under your sole control. We do not hold, access or manage your keys or funds.
Responsibility. You are solely responsible for:

• maintaining secure backups;
• preventing unauthorized access;
• authorizing transactions;
• safeguarding any recovery phrases or key material.

4.1 Token Swap

• You may execute token exchanges between supported tokens.
• Swaps occur via onchain liquidity pools; slippage, gas costs and execution failure risks apply.

4.2 Staking

• You may stake eligible tokens (per Platform’s staking pools) to earn staking-based rewards.
• Eligibility, lockup periods and APR are defined inapp; may vary over time.

4.3 Passive Yield

• Holding the daily minimum balance (across the Index Assets) entitles you to yield.
• Yield rate is variable and not guaranteed; based on protocol-specified distribution logic.
• Calculations use your lowest balance during UTC calendar day.
• Each token must be claimed separately.

5.1. Investment Disclaimer

• These Terms do not constitute investment, tax, legal or financial advice.
• You should seek independent professional guidance before making financial decisions.

5.2. No Guarantee of Returns

• All yields, APRs, rewards and token values are inherently volatile and may fall to zero.

5.3. Risk Factors By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following risks (nonexhaustive list):

• Smart contract risk: Bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities may lead to total or partial loss of funds.
• Blockchain risk: Network congestion or forks may delay or invalidate transactions.
• Market risk: Token prices are volatile; yields and your principal can lose value.
• Liquidity risk: Low liquidity may hamper swaps or staking exits.
• Regulatory risk: Changes in law or enforcement may impair Platform functionality or accessibility.
• Technology risk: Platform software (including mobile/desktop clients) may contain bugs or security flaws.

Asis: Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties (including noninfringement, fitness for purpose, uptime, or security).
Liability cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIISAAC and its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors and licensors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from or related to your use (or inability to use) the Platform.
You expressly waive rights to any losses or claims, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages from security breaches.
